Setup Service
Our team will arrange tables and chairs according to your floor plan before your event.
Linens - We clean for you.
Black tablecloths for the round and rectangular tables. We will take care of getting them cleaned. Price is a per linen charge.
Credit - You Clean Afterwards & Return
Tablecloths for the round and rectangular tables. Receive a credit if you take them home, launder them, and bring them back folded and not damaged. Credit is per linen. You will have 3 days to bring them back or your deposit will be charged $20 per linen for replacement.
Cleanup Service
Post-event breakdown and cleaning so you can just leave after the event.
Extra Cleaning
If you leave the facility in a manner that requires more cleaning than usual, extra cleaning charges may apply.
Microphones Only - Customer Trained
Use of the microphones without the use of zoom and cameras.
Integrated Zoom, Cameras, & Microphones
Make your meeting virtual with our integrated Zoom Meeting. 3 Cameras around the conference room allow your remote users to feel connected to the team. This requires a EDH Event Center staff member to be present to ensure proper operation.
Interated Zoom, Cameras, & Microphones - Customer Trained
Make your meeting virtual with our integrated Zoom Meeting. 3 Cameras around the conference room allow your remote users to feel connected to the team. The customer must be previously trained and certified to use the equipment without and EDH Event staff member.
Grill Rental
Professional-grade outdoor grill with propane and basic utensils included
After Hours A/C
Extended air conditioning for events running past normal hours. The charge listed will be for each hour after 6:00pm if used.
After Hours Heating
Extended heating for events running past normal hours. The charge is per hour after 6:00pm or on weekend if used.
