My Commitments

Dinner for 30-40 people. Large conference room for the presentation. 6 people per round table, black tablecloths. Food will be placed on the kitchen counter. Alcohol will be placed on the kitchen bar (bar stools will already be removed) in the gray tubs.

Management meeting. 16 attendees in the large conference room. 9 Conference tables in a U-shape. start with 3 facing the front of room and 3 on each side. 2 chairs per table with the exception of the two tables nearest the front, only one chair needed. They will use the HDMI cable for the middle tv in the front of the room.

Just make sure its all cleaned up.
